On-Line Training Debuts in NovemberNew Training Options For Clients
We are pleased to announce on-line training classes beginning in November. This past summer, Corporate Services conducted a client satisfaction survey. In the survey we asked our clients for suggestions that would make their experience with Corporate Services even better. Many people suggested offering training courses available over the Internet. And we listened.
The last few months we have been working on tailoring the content of our hands-on training classes to be made available on the Internet. "Using and Understanding Basic SQL for Improved Reporting in TrakQuip and RTMS" will be held on November 16, "Reporting Dashboard" will be held on November 17, and the "Advanced Reporting Dashboard" will be held on November 18.
As other classes become available on-line, we will profile them in our newsletter and on our website. Our intent is to offer a mix of both on-line and classroom training classes so you have options to determine what type of training best meets the needs of your employees and your company.
